Service Bureaus For IARD

The IARD system is designed to make electronic filing easy, even if you are unfamiliar with computers. We expect that most Investment Advisers will submit their own electronic filings directly over the Internet to the IARD system. However, should you prefer, you can hire a service bureau to assist in the preparation and electronic submission of filings on the IARD system.

For your convenience, the SEC is compiling a list of service bureaus providing IARD filing assistance.

Per the SEC: Remember, electing to use a service bureau does not relieve an Investment Adviser of its legal and regulatory responsibilities under the federal securities laws, including the timely submission of complete and accurate filings.

Note To Service Bureaus:

Any service bureau that wants to be on the list should send an e-mail message to the SEC at IARDLIVE@sec.gov, with the subject line "Re: Service Bureau." Be sure to include the following information:

• name
• address
• telephone number
• fax number
• contact person
• e-mail address

Service bureaus are not required to be listed in order to provide Investment Advisers with IARD filing assistance.
