The User's Manual is an online reference guide that is structured to match how you will use the IARD system. An example would be "Filing An SEC Annual Updating Amendment." The Manual discusses the timing of such filings and walks the user, step-by-step, through the process of making the filing via IARD. The User's Manual is designed to allow you to view information online or print all, or part, of the Manual as necessary. It is comprised of a series or functional modules. Each module contains:
